Drilling of holes with the help of electric hammer or manually (as per site condition) drills 10 to 12 mm dia at the spacing of I mt,10 mm (4) deep – extra holes to be provided as per site condition (construction joints)
Fixing of nipples with cement mortar admixed with cebex 100 (non-shrinkage chemical) and renderoc plug.
Pressure cleaning of holes with water to remove undesirable materials from the holes ,if any.
Pressure grouting cement slurry admixed with cebex 100 with aid of 140 PSI grout pump into the nipples uptil refusal.
Removal of nipples and blocking the holes with cement mortar admixed with cebex 100 and renderoc plug.
